Instructions1. Melt Chocolate Bring water to boil. Add chocolate chips and stir with wooden spoon until melted. 2. Stir In Espresso Beans Pour in 1-2 cups of Openroad Espresso Bronze Roast Whole Beans and stir until fully coated in chocolate. 3. Remove Chocolate Coated Beans Remove the beans allowing the chocolate to drip off fully leaving only a small layer on the beans. Then place on wax paper on a cookie sheet. Place the beans about 1" apart. 4. Add Toppings (optional) & Dry If desired top with cocoa powder, cinnamon or even something spicy like cayenne or chili powder. Place in the refrigerator and allow them to harden fully. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
