French Press for Two: 1. Pre-heat brewer 2. Add 35 grams of coffee - slightly coarser than drip grind 3. Start timer and add 595 grams of water 4. At 45 seconds break down the bloom with a spoon 5. Place lid on and push plunger down just a tad 6. at 3:30 start plunge - make it smooth (no pumping) 7. Pour back and forth into each mug until decanted 8. Enjoy
